Case-sensitivity of tags is causing the same thing to be created multiple times, and it causes problems with reports that have tag filters on it. While we can merge tags to fix the issue, it's a pain & doesn't prevent the problem from reoccurring... e.g. "blocked", "Blocked", and "BLOCKED" shouldn't be 3 different tags.
There's a slight issue with loading tags that makes adding them a bit glitchy.
Selecting the correct one is difficult to remember given all the different spelling variances, and my company has a very small number of people who can delete or fix the variations.
My company also shares tags across all workspace, so we have hundreds of people creating tags.
I am constantly cleaning up the tag usage across my product to keep consistency, so that we can use tags for pulling reports.
We have so many variances due to the case-sensitivity of tags, and it would significantly help keep consistency, and smooth the user experience, if this was eliminated.
