If we are able to click a button that says 'start timer' and 'stop timer', this will help us keep track of time and allow for the tool to know exact times (effort) we put into tasks. Its a helpful tool. Your competitors are starting to add this in.
As you may know, we have the ability to manually track time on items worked on in Aha!.
While I can see the benefit of automatically tracking time spent, at this time, this is not something that we have planned in the short-term. We will mark as unlikely to implement but will keep this open as we get additional feedback from the community.
