When an integration update comes from JIRA, it would be useful to see the "integration" completed the update in history instead of the callback user.

The callback user usually is not the one making the update in JIRA. It is almost 100% someone else on the technology side and not the product team. JIRA indicates that the integration updated the JIRA issue. It would be nice if Aha did the same.

We have the same issue with other integrations such as Azure DevOps. Aha does not name the person who made the change, always our Aha admin user who configured the integration.

If not possible to name the real person it would help to at least be able to easily distinguish between integration updates and real updates made by the admin/integration while using Aha.

This is causing huge problems for us in field change audits as it looks like the admin is making many changes when really it is the integration. This causes a lot of lost time trying to discover who really made the changes for the fields.

It should pull from the Jira "reporter" field for the Aha "created by", not the user that set up the integration.

This currently misrepresents the owner of the action. Product team is unaware of the change, but record shows it against their name.
