Add complex filters for tags in list views and reports

It would be great to have more complex filtering options with tags fields (default and custom).
Right now when I use a tag filter it shows me features that have ANY of the selected tags. It would be very helpful to have options for ALL of the selected tags of NONE of the selected tags.

Hi there. Part of this is currently possible. You can use advanced filters to accomplish the "NONE of the selected tags" scenario. For the "ALL" option, I am going to merge this idea into another that is asking for the same outcome. Thanks.
