Display Initiative IDs when viewing Initiative Details

When a user is viewing a feature, the feature reference #/ID is displayed near the top by the issue name. It would be extremely useful to list the initiative IDs similarly near the top of the initiative details view. As far as I know, the only way to currently view an initiative's ID is by manually selecting it via the List report
