Allow integration records to be filtered in a list report
As a PM, I'd like to keep track of items sent to our Dev tool (in our case, JIRA) and I would like to have the ability to create a list report of items that exist in JIRA right now. If I had the ability to filter by JIRA URL, I could easily see where I need to focus my attention for other items not in JIRA, clear up our backlog not in JIRA, move items between integrations etc.

Future consideration
Thank you for your idea. One option here would be to use a custom field. You could create a custom text field and map it to the Jira URL in your integration. Since custom fields are available to use as filters, you could then add this to a report to do the filtering that you need.
