ToDo moving Merged

As a user i want to move a ToDo to other feature, requirement, initiative etc. when i'm making order or make a mistake and put it in wrong place then i do not waste time to delete and make a todo once again or when it can't be moved (e.q. comment inside) waste time to search, look into wrong data in wrong place..
