Feature Roadmaps: Need an additional filter for PRODUCTS Merged

We frequently use the Features Roadmap view, however we want to build a static report that shows past (shipped), present (scheduled), and yet-to-be-determined Releases that will come in the future.

Issue is that I only appear to have filters that allow me to select existing (past or present Releases) but I can't select Releases that haven't been created yet. AFAIK, there is no way to do this.

ASK: If I had a filter that allowed me to select all Releases that belong to a specific Product Prefix, then that would fix the issue. For example, I would like to filter on all Offers that have the prefix DEMOCYCLE. Then the Report would show all associated Releases for DEMOCYCLE and that way the Report will automatically pick up any new Releases that are created in the future. Does that make sense? See attached
