Custom branding of release note notes

As a Product Manager, I would like to be able to customize the branding of release notes.  I would like to replace the Aha! logo with our own company logo.

Thank you for the additional detail, Tom. That definitely helps to clarify. At this point in time it is unlikely that we will add the ability to customize the notifications generated from within Aha!

Specific to the core problem you are working to solve, I would suggest weighing in on a similar idea related specifically to release notes: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-2727

Hi Austin.  I'm referring to what is sent when I ship a release.  Historically, I have limited the distribution of what gets sent when I ship a release.  I decided to use the product as I think Aha! intends for the last couple of releases to minimize duplication and rework.  Unfortunately, it resulted in confusion and questions because most of the recipients are not regular users of Aha! and know little to nothing about it.  So, when they received the email clearly branded as Aha! and not our company, they were confused.  I have rebranded our ideas portal and have some ability to rebrand certain emails but I have not found a good solution for releases and release notes.  I guess this means that I will have to compose communications outside of Aha!  Aha! is a product management tool, not a company-wide tool.  My internal customers need to know about changes that affect them but they don't need to know anything about my arsenal of tools that I use to make it happen.  I think that's a weakness that I hope you will consider.

Hi Tom, are you referring to the weekly release notes that Aha! sends out? Or are you using a product note to capture and publish your own release notes? Thanks!
