Restrict users from leaving comments on features/ideas Merged

We want to be able to restrict comments as unfortunately although we can govern users to only submit new feature ideas we've found in the past they will use this to log support issues under comments or even negative feedback. If there was a way to stop customers who sign-up from commenting on other peoples votes we would be able to avoid these sorts of issues.

 

Alternatively, if there was an option to allow users to comment but have these approved by the admin before they are displayed then we would be able to catch these issues when they arise.
