Shorten the display of feature descriptions w/ an ellipsis in timeline reports

The Reporting UI should shorten long description in release reports and add a small ellipsis or more link at the end of the shortened description that will responsively expand the description at the users request.  The current layout displays ackwardly when long descriptions are tied to a feature.  The work around of putting the long version in the comments doesn't really fit the data model.

    Thank you for the idea. Information displayed in custom roadmaps is intentionally not shortened so that roadmap details are readily available when shared in a static format. If more context is needed beyond the name, one suggestion would be to add a custom field to capture a shorter feature abstract which could then be included on your custom roadmap. 

    Given the explanation and options above and other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this idea at this time. We hope you can understand.
