Additional Report Filters

We would like to filter our reports by feature name and by to do name. Neither of these are filter options. The feature name search filter works if we are filtering by one specific feature, but would be more effective if the search used Boolean search logic so we can filter by multiple key words. Please consider updating search filters to use Boolean search logic and consider adding a feature name search filter.
