Resize Roadmap Nav Footer Merged

People don't typically notice there is a navigation arrow in this footer. If it were larger or if the arrows were in a central location on the screen there wouldn't be major usability issues.

We get requests from our internal folks saying the roadmap is blank! In fact, they just have to know they have to click " > " in the footer. I wrote Support saying increase the footer height as a patch to this problem.
