Roadmap Configure Scaling

If my window is minimized or on a smaller monitor, the options under Configure on a roadmap view get cut off and there is no way to see them since there isn't a scrollbar. The only way to see the bottom options is to zoom out or manually enlarge the window. On that note, the same thing happens with the Submit an Idea pop up window. I can't see the bottom of it unless I expand my window. This isn't really urgent, just annoying.
