Ability to format a score value for reports Merged

Scores are number based, but in our scorecard the numbers are used as a scale. For example 1,2,3 may be High,Medium,Low. 

We'd like to have the ability to set a string value for the score and use that in reports instead of the raw number. 

Without having this we are having to add additional fields to capture the items already part of our score.
