Metrics - for usage of AHA! Merged

We’re part of a large org using aha. Would love to be exposed to metrics highlight how aha is being used within our org!  Such as how many users, which users, when, view roadmaps. Over what period of time. It’ll help us target enablement and optimizations for our use!

    Would help us really much to see how the roll-out is going. Product managers are on different stages of knowledge and usage, and it would help to see some statistics to help guide them on the correct path. Things that come to my mind would be:

    • active ideas portals (per product + product owner)
      • incoming ideas (indicator for customer engagement)
      • review status (how many ideas still in Needs Review? average time that ideas stay in that status?)
    • Viewer access statistics - what are users with the role "Viewer" doing in Aha? which areas do they access? To target internal trainings for non-PMs
    • Product Owner role activity - e.g. last login, last edit, to see how active PMs are working with Aha!
    • statistics about usage of the different Aha! components, such as Strategy elements (Personas, Vision, Models, Goals, Initiatives) or Releases per product/product owner
