Ability to send Aha Defects to Rally as Rally (CA Agile) Defects

We need the ability to send defects to Rally. Currently, we are only able to send features/ user stories which cannot be converted to defects once they are in Rally.

    Hi,

    After being to lead to believe that Aha supports Rally integration to create work items both user stories and defects, we were told recently that Aha is not able to create defect and push it as defect into Rally(CA agile Central). This is going to impact our SDLC process and our business stakeholders to track quality of work very much.

    Our understanding is that Aha is able to create defect/bug work items and able to push the same into JIRA. We would like to request Aha Product support team to expand the same ability to Rally integration also as soon possible. It is currently impacting our Prod support and other Programs in flight. We have another very large program starting by Feb 2020, if you all can provide a resolution to this limitation as soon as possible . Thanks for your attention and look forward to timely response.
