Set idea status based on whether the linked feature is in the parking lot Merged

I would like the status of the feature to be 'future consideration' if the feature is in a parking lot release, and planned when it moves to a scheduled release.

    This was merged into another idea that does not describe what I was asking for.

    A feature status does not change when the release it belongs to is moved from the parking lot.
