Please Make the Idea Form in AHA have the ability to have Top and Bottom Section for Custom Fields Merged

Please make the idea form used in the AHA application have the ability to have both Top Section and Bottom Section please like we do in the Features Form and other areas.

    Really keen for this – for example, I want an idea submitter to tell me their role type first (we have two types of users). It makes logical sense for them to provide that before the idea summary and detail. Cheers.
