The structure of science funding makes it difficult to buy software, and nearly impossible to buy SAAS.
Even where it might be possible, advisors simply refuse to pay. ("Just use google docs or something.")
In the meantime, thousands of gradstudents live in pain.

Please introduce some kind of academic pricing tier?

    Thank you for the request. There is no doubt that we offer a premium product. If you have used Aha! and other tools -- I think you will agree that there is no comparison. We started the company after running product and strategy in six software companies and have grown to over 100,000 users and counting.

    At this time, we do not have plans to adjust pricing in the near term. We hope you can understand.
