It would be handy if internal users of the ideas portal could add as many votes as required to an idea.
For example, a support team member will receive an idea/feedback while on a phone call so should be able to add votes to an idea on behalf of that customer. Quite a few customers only want to give their ideas on the phone and do not want to have to register on the portal to add their votes. Currently it seems a user is limited to 10 votes an idea.
Could their be an internal/employee flag somewhere which overrides this limit.
