Multi-language interface - translate language

Add an option to change Aha! interface to other languages than english (spanish for example).

    It is now possible to translate ideas portals to five languages — English, Spanish, German, French, and Dutch. This is included within the Advanced plan of our new product — Aha! Ideas.

As a technical PM I'm a former Aha! user. For a large MNC English was ok but I see more and more smaller companies in the D-A-CH region creating roadmaps that would benefit from a local language interface.

Allow displaying roadmaps in English or in a different language

We use internal and external roadmaps. All internal roadmaps are reviewed internally in English. But the external roadmap must be available in the customers language which may or may not be English. Need to support all European languages.
