i18n and i10n support Merged

Hi Aha! team

I have been using your product for an assignment at the college - Master In IT -. My native language is Spanish and I tried to look for settings related to i18n and i10n but I couldn't find, if they exist can you instruct me on how to do it and if it does not I think it will be a very nice feature to implement.
