Ability to Edit Login Text for Those With No Access

When users log in to our instance of Aha for the first time they receive a message that they do not have access to any products and to contact one of the admins, similar to the attached image.

We would like a way to edit this introductory text so that we may give the users specific instructions on what to do after logging in for the first time.

Aha! now provides the ability to customize the message that new SSO users see if they are missing product permissions. This message can be configured with text formatting, links, and email addresses. This ensures that new users are directed to the right process to request access.

The 'New user message' can be configured under your SAML settings in Settings > Account > Security and single sign-on.

This is great news! Awesome. Can't wait until it's implemented.

The inability to edit the default message sends the wrong message to our internal partners/customers, and creates more work for the billing admins to determine what actions to take. Please prioritize this idea.

We are experiencing a larger influx of these types of requests since we have implemented SSO. We'd also like to customize the text so we can link them to our Aha access request form.

The default message does not reflect our internal process to create a request in another 3rd party web-based application. Thank you.

We also need to be able to re-direct new user requests to the proper admins (not billing admins), and hence need a way to provide text and URL for new user instructions, so they can click on and be taken to our support tooling so that a case can be opened and tracked internally in our company.

We had to limit the number of billing admins after our SSO.   Since we updated this, the names are now in correct.  However, we would like to make this editable text to customized our message so users know the process needed to get access.

We enabled single sign-on and found the billing admins are listed.  However, these are the people that handle the financial aspects, but not active administration.  For instance, our CIO and Vendor Management team are setup to get emails from users looking for access.  It would be nice to make this display editable text or a custom message so users know the correct process for getting access and creating an account.
