Allow re-ordering of fields in editable section of Competitor Pages

Fields can be re-arranged by dragging them when building a page of competitor information but when trying to edit, the fields are stuck in the order in which they've been added to the template. So even if there is a field at the top of the template/page, when trying to edit it, the user might have to scroll down to the bottom of the editable page if it was added last.

    You can change the order of fields using the Custom field layouts screen under account settings.
