Aha! - Rally integration, support for Child projects at init release creation and related updates Merged

Dear Aha ! team,

With the present "Rally Integration", we are lacking the support the keep Releases in sync over child projects.

Many (all) our Releases have child projects.

Since we started to adopt Aha! as "master" of releases and corresponding Features, we run into the issue to keep consistency over the releases and their corresponding Features.

In fact it has become kind of a showstopper and we are losing a lot of time to manually keep both Aha! and Rally in sync. 

Is it possible to update the integration from Aha! to Rally so that following usecases are covered:

- A/ At initial create of a release, enable the "flag" = "Create matching Releases in all child projects". Please find attached a screenshot of example as its supported in the Rally UIs. Rally also has API for this.

- B/ At individual feature creation and/or update, take into account that the "Top level Project" has "children"

- C/ At bulk "send features to Rally",  take into account that the "Top level Project" has "children"
