Ability to promote an Idea as a Requirement Merged

Would like to be able to promote and idea as a requirement to an existing feature.  In the promote drop down it would be great if you could add promote to requirement and then surface what feature to add it too.  This would allow us to take idea's that belong to a larger story and make them requirements of a bigger feature change.
