Allow user to be deleted through API

Currently user can be only disabled through API. however there is no way to delete users from the portal no matter if they are disabled or enabled.

Please add Delete option in the api for the user object.

Thank you for the note. At this time, we do not provide the ability to delete ideas portal users via the API or the application, as this would result in a loss of data.

At this time, we would suggest using the disable capability for a similar outcome (without the loss of data)

I think being able to bulk-delete users is a vital function for any corporate platform. We are stuck with hundreds of stale users that I don't have time for to delete manually. API would allow for automated deletion. But a simple bulk delete in Aha! would also be a helpful and necessary asset. And I agree with Niclas, in that not being able to maintain your stale users is not GDPR compliant.

Hello. Disabling the user is not GDPR compliant. Any suggestions of how to automatically delete old inactive users?
