When sharing features with non-Aha! users it is important to provide them a full picture. We often put email correspondence in the Comments because it hasn't necessarily reached the point of being a requirement.
Thank you for the note. When exporting features to a PDF, we currently hide the comments and To-dos in an effort to help the audience wade through the noise as many of our customers have very long comment streams which may be less relevant.
One workaround would be to add relevant correspondence into a feature or requirement description (and label them as such) so that it can still be accessed through PDFs.
At this time, based on current priorities, we're unlikely to make revisions in this area. However, we hope that the workaround can help.
Only way right now to export the ticket is save it as HTML and share the file to others
