Bug: Fullscreen view of Description

When I try to view the description of an idea in fullscreen mode, it doesn't render at all.  Not sure how to explain it so I attached screenshots.  This occurred when looking at the record in "popout" mode.  After I switched to the "detail" view (where the record fills the screen) I was able to use fullscreen mode with no issues.

I'm using IE11.
