Missing Indent Formatting Option

I think you recently just changed this. 

I used to be able to see the "decrease indent" and "increase indent" options in my formatting bar. 

However, now the only way I can see them is if I click on the "Fullscreen" option.

This is extremely annoying as I need indentation for nearly every idea submission, so now I am having to do two extra steps in my process

1. go full screen

2. exit full screen and find where I was in the list before (as if you dont go full screen the idea only opens up half of the screen, so you can easily click out and go back to where you were in the list. 

Attachment 1 shows the normal half screen view of an idea in the admin, where you cannot see the indent options

Attachment 2 shows the full screen mode, where you can see the indent options.
