Currently we can rename the title of the Salesforce widget. We can also customize all the text within the Ideas portal in Aha. For us, we want to use this connection but we don't want to call them ideas, but rather e.g. Requirements.
This is possible with everything except the Salesforce widget itself. The following controls are hardcoded with the text "Idea":
Table Title: "Linked Ideas"
Button: "Request an idea"
Button: "Browse all ideas"
Column 2 header: "Idea #"
Column 3 header: "Idea Name"
It is quite important for us to have the same terminology in Aha! and Salesforce (now in Aha! ideas are renamed to "Requests", but in SF they still appear as "Ideas"). The same is with the Proxy votes.
It is important that we can modify the idea button, so we can at least make the CTA more relevant to how we named our process here. In addition, the Request an idea button is hidden in the tiny dropdown icon on the widget, it'd be good to be able to move it out somewhere so that the UX is better for our teams.
