Allow ability to rename buttons in Salesforce VisualForce Page Merged

The button "Request an Idea" in the VF Page for the Aha Salesforce Integration is confusing, because this is also the place to go to link an existing idea.  This Label should be moved to Metadata that can be modified by the Admin on the client side.
