idea and feature lists - when a ticket is open on the side - mark the line in the table/list Merged

like JIRA does in their split-view.
the left-panel list item is highlighted when i view it in the right panel. 

will help a lot when covering a long list of new ideas/features, so i will have a visual hint of where i'm on the list.
