Highlight the selected item in the list that is displayed in the panel

When working through a list of ideas, features, or initiatives it is easy to lose your place and re-click on the item you just had open. The item that is selected on the left area of the screen from the list, and which is displayed in the panel on the right, should be highlighted or emphasized in some way so it is clear that item selected.

On the reports list or Features lists when you open a feature or requirement, highlight the row that is open in the drawer on the right side.

idea and feature lists - when a ticket is open on the side - mark the line in the table/list

like JIRA does in their split-view.the left-panel list item is highlighted when i view it in the right panel. will help a lot when covering a long list of new ideas/features, so i will have a visual hint of where i'm on the list.
