Our Support team constantly logs feature request on our customers' behalf. Let's say we create a custom field for tracking the customer/company that wants the feature. It would be nice if on the 2nd+ time we hear this request, the support rep could modify a field.
I am merging this idea into another one for allowing multiple votes on the same idea on behalf of customers. This is something we are considering for the near term.
