Ability to create groups for users and then Merged

When we were all using another tool, that tool allowed us to define groups for our users. We were then able to search on those groups. So if user X, Y, Z were in Development and user A,B,C were in Creative, I would be able to create a view that said these three things are in Creative because they are assigned to a user in Group Creative and these three things are in Dev because they are assigned to a user in Group Dev.. I know in Aha, I have the ability to create a product Creative and I can add people to that product. However, that is slightly different because those people might just need visibility into the Creative roadmap. I would like to see the ability to look at one list/view of features/ideas/requirements/to-do's grouped by user groups.
