Provide the ability to bulk edit all custom fields when viewing Ideas.

Currently only the custom fields that are at the specific product level are available to be bulk edited.  It would be very beneficial to also include the inherited custom field data to be bulk edited.  Instead of being able to bulk edit ideas, I had to individually edit them to change the inherited field data.

    Just Launched! — Make Bulk Changes to Your Product Roadmap Data

    Bulk editing is now available in nearly all list reports. This allows you to quickly update most of your records including goals, initiatives, and ideas. This also includes custom fields that are inherited from a product line layout.

    This is a larger concern as it inhibits how we can filter reports for fields that have been slightly adjusted over time. (ie due to spelling, name changes, etc.) Only newest version of field entry is available in filters for the field so updating all feature tickets to inherit the adjusted field entry would allow for correct reporting. (Manually updating potentially hundreds of tickets using previous version of that field entry is just not feasible.)
