Add Parking Lot filter to Feature List view Merged

The Feature List view does not offer the ability to easily filter Parking Lot releases.  Instead if you want to exclude your Parking Lot releases, you have to select which Releases you DO want to include in your view and exclude the Parking Lot release.  We have a number of products, each with a Parking lot as well as many releases.  When I want to view a list of my Releases and Features under those products (e.g. for a given Product Line), it's a manual process.  Furthermore, if I save the view but then add a release, I have to remember to update my view to select that new release as well.  It would be great if one of the criteria were to filter out releases flagged as Parking Lot.
