Single tag filter matches multiple tags

I have 2 tags "Alpha" and "Alpha more text".  When I filter a list by "Alpha" I also get all the items tagged with "Alpha more text", even though they didn't have the "Alpha" tag.  I'm filtering on a custom predefined tags field on ideas.

I can work around it now by changing the "Alpha" tag to something slightly different, so the fix is not critical.
