Being able to link a persona or competitor to multiple products and Product Lines

This would be useful as in our business be have multiple products that are consumed by the same user base with the same characteristics.  At the moment we have to create multiple personas which are essentially the same within each product they are applicable to.  This then causes us an updating headache as we have to find all of the 'contractor' personas and update them individually with the new info.

It would be good to be able to create them at a Product line level and attach them to different products or have a separate area for personas where they are created then attach them to Products/ Product lines

Same concept with competitors where we overlap in several products same capabilities

Trickle down of competitors and personas from BU to product lines would be perfect

Agreed, this would be very useful as I have a couple products now where we will first build for a simpler persona, then later build onto that product focusing on different personas with more complex needs. It would be great to tie goals, initiatives, releases, and features to one or many personas and vice versa.

"separate area for personas where they are created then attach them to Products/ Product lines" - agree with your Pamela, commented along similar lines on https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-1738.

Yes, this would be great as it means persona's can be a little more specific where needed.   Although this is really only of practical use for multiple products in a product line or products that have a lot of diverse features.

This would be really useful - it would cut down on duplication of activities.
