Please add the possibility to add a Table of Contents to a notebook.
Lengthy notebooks lose usability without it!
Simply list the items that make up a notebook, and add the page number in the pdf to it.
For the web version: add links to the items making up the notebook - see also https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-1303

The table of contents for notebooks has been added back to PDF versions. Table of contents now exists on both web and PDF versions.
Aha! generated PDFs did contain a table of contents and this idea was marked as shipped. Unfortunately in order to support PDFs better for some reports we needed to remove the table of contents capability and so this idea has been opened again.
PLEASE DO THIS!! This was frustrating when it was suggested two years ago, and considering how much wasted space there is on a notebook web page, it's certainly not a layout/framing problem that requires extensive design implementation changes. We are forced to limit the size of notebooks because moving back and forth through the carousel is super-annoying.
While you're at it - please add an option to simply click to the next page instead of the dizzying carousel spinner. That is cool about three times, and then it's not. Thousands of views later, it seems really dated. Keep it simple!!
A clickable TOC please.
I think I would rather have the navigation pane proposed in "Add Notebook Navigation Pane with direct links to each page for non-linear navigation" - something that could be on every page and could maybe be collapsed by the viewer when not needed. But a ToC would be a good substitute.
Table of Contents or an internal notebook search feature would be nice. Thanks!
What a great idea! And in a combination with the ability to use the ToC for navigation and the option to export to Word it would would be such an improvement.
