Provide a direct import from TFS

TFS import should create a link between Aha! features (and requirements) and TFS issues so that when we import to seed the Aha! account, we can keep the entire history of the TFS issue.

We have launched enhanced VSTS and TFS integrations. These integrations will allow you to import VSTS and TFS work items directly into Aha! along with several other new capabilities including the ability to:

    • Set record mappings for Aha! initiatives, releases, master features, features, and requirements and link them to nearly any corresponding record type
    • Map default or custom fields in Aha! to any “like” field and specify which direction the updates should flow (e.g. from Aha! or from VSTS/TFS)
    • Automatically send outgoing changes from Aha! or choose to review and approve them
    • Import records directly from VSTS and TFS to make getting started in Aha! easy
Check out the blog post for more details.

CSV import is FAR too limited and not an effective work around - especially since Aha only holds of subset of fields in TFS. Import and Sync needs to be bi-directional.

Is there a chance to get this idea into the state "Planned"?

I'd have appreciated this when we did our import, but now we have it's not something that would actually help us!

    Very IMPORTANT!

Allow TFS to start story and send it to AHA when integrated

Merged
Currently to integrate TFS with AHA the TFS users must utilize AHA and start the feature/release in AHA. We would like it so that they can begin their story in TFS and send that over to AHA.
