It should be of great value larger organisations that need to on-board a lot of user simultaneously. If you do not have any experience from product management software beforehand the amount of time each user need to spend in order to get going is extensive. The solution could be a library of walk- /click-troughs for key workflows and recurring tasks handled within the application. E.g. how to define and roll up initiatives, link releases to initiatives, bulk edit features, create relevant reports etc.
