We recently instituted SSO on our Aha account, but currenlty have a couple of dozens folks who have the typical username/PW login profile active. I'd like to make a universal/batch change to force all users to log in via SSO, however there is no current way to do this enmasse. I therefore have to either convince folks to login via SSO OR manually update each and every user profile.
Please consider a global setting for Admins to enable SSO across all users.
Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. We hope you can understand.
Would be great if we could manipulate this via API.
I logged a ticket and support did the bulk update.
As an aside, I still don't think users should be allowed to be created with app auth nor able to login via app auth if SSO is enabled on the instance. - But SSO access isn't truly enabled on the inststance, individual users are -
I'm assuming intent is to use app auth for integration while other users use SSO which isn't by any means a security best practice and still shouldn't be permitted esp due to risk of compromising a company's IP. For this reason, no one in our instance gets to be a product owner which is truly unfortunate as the lower level product tasks burdens the platform admin.
this is still sorely needed
