Integration of Initiative levels with VSO Merged

Aha Features currently integrate with VSO Features in a fairly effective way, and Initiatives need to Integrate as well. BUT, integrating them directly to VSO Epics may not be the best idea. Because there are levels of Initiatives in Aha, but only one level of Epic in VSO, there needs to be some flexibility/configurability in determining whether an Initiative maps to an Epic or a Feature. This would need to be done at each Product / Product Line level, not globally or per user.
