Open Initiative after Adding one

When you add an Initiative, it just goes to the bottom of the list.  And if you have the list filtered to show Active, then it doesn't show in the list at all (since it defaults to Not Started).  So, you have to go scrolling and changing filters just to edit the thing you created.  Can you open the Initiative in the side-bar as soon as it's created, so I can edit other fields?
