Allowing multi select on status for 'To Do' list report view

When you create a report list for 'to do' items, can we please have a multi select when filtering by 'To-Do Status' rather than only being able to select 1 status.  This allows to filter on Pending and overdue in the 1 view and exclude completed items.

    Hi Chris,

I see it now. Thanks for the tip.

You can do that now. If you want to show pending and overdue to-dos, and exclude complete, then choose "Pending" (which also includes overdue pending items).

Hi Chris. What I meant was to be able to select any combination of the "To-Do" statuses. For example, sometimes I want to just filter and report on "Pending" and "Overdue", and exclude "Complete" To Do's.

The existing filter already supports what this idea requests. The "Pending" filter includes overdue items. Here is a definition of the three filter options:

    • Complete - to-dos which have been completed by all assignees (i.e. the to-do is ticked).
    • Overdue - to-dos which are not complete (at least one assignee has not ticked the to-do) and have a due date earlier than today.
    • Pending - to-dos which are not complete (at least one assignee has not ticked the to-do).

Has this been reviewed by Aha engineering team for feasibility and timing? Thanks.

It would be great if the To Do filters were changed to multiple choice, when trying to run Go To Market meetings it is quite annoying having to switch between reports to identify pending and overdue tasks.
