We use Aha! Releases to represents our Scrum Sprints.
We lack the ability to create longer term milestones.
1. to mark scope for MVP, or scope for GA - Mark a set of features/initiatives should be completed by this milestone. Monitor progress against it.
2. monitor changes in this milestone, what was my original milestone (MVP) scope, and how much did I cut out of scope due to delivery issues and time constraints
3. mark a date on calendar that several products align to as a milestone of their next releases.
This can be achieved through the use of custom fields. You can create custom fields to mark the scope of the feature and create reports to monitor progress. Through these custom fields, you can also indicate and run reports around which features were included in the final delivery.
You can also use the Releases roadmap screen to mark a milestone for the dates that products should align to.
Super essential for reporting.
