Improve watch e-mails: add daily digest option (in addition to blow-by-blow) Merged

I am an ordinary watcher on several different products. Recently, I've felt that the watch e-mails seem to get sent in batches (see attached screenshots). Upon closer inspection, I'm not certain that's the case --- it may be that the product managers are just very efficient at using the Aha interface, and I'm getting notified on every microscopic change. To reduce the amount of noise, I'd like to request the following heuristic for watcher e-mails:

* A daily digest option, listing all changes. Something like:

product code-#### Title of idea/feature/product (commented, tagged, type changed, edited, names of aha users who had activity)
product code-#### Title of idea/feature/product (commented, tagged, type changed, edited, names of aha users who had activity)

* Alternatively, provide blow-by-blow watch e-mails on comments (in case a conversation is happening) but roll up metadata activity into hourly listings.
